Great Lakes Insurance Services Group
We have officially broken ground at the corner of 12th Street & Peach Street. Thankfully the weather held off long enough so we could get this project started late in the year. This is part one of the revitalization effort we are working on downtown. It will be long process, but we aim to change the entire 12th Street corridor starting from Sassafras down to State Street. Pete Zaphiris plans to make it completely unrecognizable from 2018 to 2021.
This building will host the Citizens Bank offices that are currently in the 1128 State Street, Erie, PA 16501 building. Eventually that building will become Great Lakes Insurance Services Group’s home office.
